Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Ridha ("Ridha", "we", "us"), provided by HUMEX Studio, Muscat, Oman. By creating an account or using Ridha, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
Ridha is for individuals aged 18 and over. At launch it is available in the GCC (Oman, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
What Ridha is — and is not
Ridha supports everyday wellbeing, mood check-ins, and reflection. Ridha is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a crisis or emergency service. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you are in distress or in an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Your account and content
You retain your personal check-in and wellbeing data. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service for you (store your data, generate your insights, and — if you opt in — produce AI guidance). You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use Ridha unlawfully.
Workplace connection (optional)
Connecting a work email is optional. My Work selections may be marked as eligible for future anonymous aggregation, but team pulse and workplace reporting are not available in this release. Employers have no reporting access. You can disconnect at any time.
AI guidance (optional)
Personalised AI guidance is off by default and is generated from a de-identified summary of your own check-ins when you opt in. AI output is for reflection only and is not professional advice.
Plans
Ridha offers Free and Plus tiers, and Plus is available to eligible Plus accounts. This release does not process payments in-app or collect payment-card details.
Features not available in this release
Community, Journal, Ridha Index, Culture Badge, team pulse, workplace reporting, and billing are informational only and cannot be used in this release.
Privacy
Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using Ridha and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
Disclaimers and liability
Ridha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, HUMEX Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
